Vik Patel was born in Pittsburgh, PA and has since lived throughout the US from PA, IL, GA, TX, TN, SC and WI and in multiple cities throughout those states. Vik graduated from Mercer University in Macon, GA with a BS in Chemistry. Vik describes himself as a very compassionate person that gives 110% towards everything. Click to read more.
Vik is passionate about serving seniors and currently operates multiple successful businesses, including an assisted living facility, in addition to his A Better Solution In Home Care location.
Vik has been attracted to healthcare since he was a little kid. After his recovery from stage 4 cancer, he decided to make healthcare the foundation of his business pursuits. In Vik’s family, keeping elderly family members home is normal and his interest has always been to help people stay home as long as possible.
Vik joined the ABS brand to open his home care agency due to the family feel of the brand. Vik didn’t want to feel like another number in a huge franchise system and appreciates that the ABS team is always available to help and guide him to delivering exceptional home care services in his business. Vik’s ultimate goal is to become the best quality and most caring home care agency in Greenville, SC.
